10Yonge.com is a resident-run, independent community resource created to inform, educate, and support owners and residents of 10 Yonge Street (MTCC 979).
It is not the official website of Metropolitan Toronto Condominium Corporation No. 979 (“the Corporation”), its Board of Directors, or its management company.

Our mission is to promote transparency, accuracy, and respectful civic participation in accordance with the Condominium Act, 1998 (Ontario).

Independence & Non-Affiliation

  • 10Yonge.com and 10YongeAI.com are resident-initiated platforms.

  • We are not sanctioned, authorized, or endorsed by the Corporation, its Board, or DEL Property Management.

  • All official notices or records originate only from the Corporation’s authorized channels (e.g., Condo Control Portal, management emails, posted notices).

Transparency & Accuracy Policy (v4.2)

  • Facts come from verifiable records or publicly available sources.

  • Opinions and comments are clearly identified as resident views.

  • Any identified error is corrected publicly through the Correction Protocol v1.0.

  • AI-generated responses undergo a Legal Compliance Scan before publication.

  • All communications follow calm, factual, lawful, and non-accusatory language only.

Resident Participation & Privacy

  • Comments may be posted anonymously and reflect individual opinions only; 10Yonge.com does not verify their accuracy or endorse the views expressed.

  • The mailing list operates on express consent in compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

  • Personal data is used solely for community updates and is never shared with management or third parties.
