Overview

 

10Yonge.com is a resident-run, independent platform created to support civic dialogue and information-sharing within the 10 Yonge Street / World Trade Centre community. Our goal is to foster transparency, accountability, and respectful engagement between residents.

This platform is not affiliated with MTCC 979, its board of directors, or DEL Property Management. All content is community-driven.

10Yonge.com is not an official channel for property management, security, maintenance, emergency reporting, service requests, statutory notices, or communications with the condominium corporation. Residents should use official channels for urgent, safety, maintenance, legal, or management matters.

Residents may post comments anonymously or using a pseudonym. This allows for candid participation without fear of reprisal. While optional, users are encouraged to use a consistent name or handle for clarity. All comments, anonymous or not, must comply with our Commenting Guidelines.

10Yonge.com does not intentionally publish commenter-identifying information and does not use public comments to identify anonymous posters. Some technical data may be processed automatically by website hosting, security, analytics, or platform providers.

Commenting Guidelines

We welcome thoughtful, respectful, and constructive comments from all community members.

 

Allowed:

Sharing personal experiences and observations

Asking questions or offering helpful advice

Expressing concern, frustration, or praise in a civil tone

Offering constructive feedback on building conditions or governance

Not Allowed:

Personal attacks, name-calling, or harassment

Accusations of criminality or misconduct without substantiation

Hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or threats

Spam, promotion, or repeated posting of the same content

Private personal information, including unit numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, medical information, financial information, or other identifying details about residents, unless the information was voluntarily published by that person or its publication is clearly necessary, lawful, and consistent with this policy.

Reporting Comments

See something concerning? Email us directly at info@10yonge.com with:

  • The username or display name

  • A screenshot or link to the comment

  • A brief explanation of your concern

We review concerns in good faith but do not guarantee removal of content simply because a concern has been submitted.

After review, content that violates Canadian law or this policy may be removed, restricted, annotated, or corrected at the discretion of the site administrators/moderators.

Legal Disclaimer on User Comments

Comments reflect the views of the individual authors only. They do not represent the views of 10Yonge.com, its administrators, moderators, volunteers, or any resident group.

10Yonge.com does not pre-screen all comments and does not independently verify, approve, endorse, or adopt user-submitted content.
