The name “10Yonge” is used under a pending trademark application as a brand identifier for this digital platform and community initiative. While the name references the civic address 10 Yonge Street, it is used here to distinguish a resident-run information and reporting service. All rights associated with this mark, domain, and platform content are asserted by its creators and administrators.

This use does not infringe upon the corporate identity of MTCC 979, nor does it suggest that MTCC 979 owns exclusive branding rights to the address itself.
